The finish line is just around the corner. In the last chapter, you made the subjective objective and created a way to measure the projects and alternatives against the various pieces of the Strategic Value Scorecard.
In Module 7, the final step before selecting a portfolio of projects, project owners will collect their projects and alternatives and submit them into the Allovance Scoring Tool. The project review team will review submissions for consistency, integrity, and validity. It’s up to you to help the project review team find the proper way to govern submissions as necessary. This should be an exciting time for you! Although you aren’t physically meeting with the client in this chapter, your connection and commitment to this process should certainly drive you to feel the anticipation of your client’s results!
