Hello !
Viewing: Module 5: Compare
Now that you’ve completed so much background and preparatory work, it’s time for the Compare Step of The Allovance Method. In Module 5, you will compare the strategic priorities and objectives that you’ve helped create. Your goal is to achieve total clarity and consistency regarding the relative importance of the strategic priorities and objectives. Using Thomas Saaty’s Pairwise Comparison, we will break down the strategic priorities and objectives into pairs to measure their relative weights.
This process of using pairwise comparison reduces bias when comparing strategic priorities and objectives. The end result is a complete strategic value scorecard that is well-balanced and not only reflects what is important to the organization, but also how important each piece is.
