Hello !
Viewing: Module 3: Strategize
Until now, your time has been spent developing a relationship—laying a foundation—to ensure clients are prepared, committed, and equipped with the information they need to successfully advance through the decision making process.
In Module 2, you defined the goal for their decision model. In Module 3, you will identify the Strategic Priorities and Strategic Objectives (introduced in Module 1), that influence the decision model goal and ultimately create the Strategic Value Scorecard. The Strategic Value Scorecard is the blueprint of the decision model.
