Hello !
Viewing: Module 2: Kicking Things Off
In Module 1, you made sure your client understands what to expect from you and what you will expect from them. You may have reiterated your understanding of their decision model, or maybe you reviewed The Allovance Method and explained to them why an Allovance Decision Coach is a critical component of the decision-making process.
However you choose to engage, one thing is for sure: prior to joining you for the first in-person meeting, your client and their team should be absolutely assured of your role and responsibilities within this process.
In this module, you will share the customized client presentation with the strategic team to introduce them to the scope of the entire process and then prepare them for the Strategize Step by defining the decision model goal.
